OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST + FOUNDER

THE PERSON BEHIND LOOP

Hi, I’m Sam.

Hi, I’m Sam, an occupational therapist and the founder of Loop. I’m passionate about helping people understand their own patterns, recognize their strengths, and build lives that work with their unique abilities and preferences.

HOW WE WORK

The Loop Approach

  1. 01

    Understand

We look at the whole picture: strengths, barriers, routines, sensory experience, capacity, and the demands of everyday life. Instead of “Why can’t you just do this?” we ask, “What’s making this difficult, and what could we change?”

  2. 02

    Experiment

We try different approaches and make changes to routines, environments, tools, timing, or expectations.

  3. 03

    Adapt

Not every strategy will work, and that’s useful information. We use what we learn to better understand what fits.

  4. 04

    Integrate

The goal isn’t perfect performance in a session. It’s bringing what we learn into real life.

SUPPORT FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

Our Services

Who we work with

Loop works with individuals age 10 and older. A diagnosis isn’t required for challenges to be meaningful or for OT to be useful.

Executive functioning rarely exists in isolation. Planning, initiating, organizing, regulating, and following through are skills used within everyday occupations — from school and work to self-care, household tasks, relationships, and community life.
